Our Policy

All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult while checking in to sign consent forms. Minimum age for a client to receive facial or massage service is 14. There will be no children under the age of 10 allowed into the spa room due to client’s relaxation purposes. VENETIAN NAILS & SPA is not responsible for lost or stolen items left unattended. Please notify the staff up front immediately if you are not satisfy with our services. We can only better serve if you notify us while you are here. Once you leave here without letting us know, there is nothing we can do. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Each minute arriving after your appointment time will be deducted from your service time.
Cancellation Policy

All Appointments are void and are consider walk-in if client don’t show up 10 minutes prior to appointment.

Due to the time and cost to prepare for each client, there will be a cancellation fee of $25 per service that is asked to reschedule after 24 hours prior to the appointment time. When rescheduling or canceling an appointment, we ask for a 24 hours, prior to the appointment’s date, notice. All no shows will be charged full value.
Gift Certificates Policy

All gift certificates expires within 12 months of the date purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS. Gift certificate are non-refundable. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen gift certificate. Gift certificate must be present at the time of service. Absolutely no extending date or replacement.
